Recognised service provider for the SME e-wallet

Kingsm3n has been recognised as a service provider for the SME e-wallet following a quality audit. For many clients, this means they can receive a subsidy (up to 30%) on the training fee. To determine whether your company is eligible and how to apply for this subsidy, we’ve outlined the key points for you.

Subsidy amount

What amount can you subsidise?

A small business (see above) can receive up to €7,500.00 in subsidies per calendar year through the SME e-wallet for training or consultancy services. The subsidy equals 30% of the training amount.
A medium-sized business (see above) can receive up to €7,500.00 in subsidies per calendar year through the SME e-wallet for training or consultancy services. The subsidy equals 20% of the training amount.

Notes

The minimum project amount is €100.00 for training and at least €500.00 for consultancy services.
VAT cannot be paid using the SME e-wallet.
Subsidised catering costs are capped at €25.00 per person per day.

How to apply for the subsidies?

You can apply for SME e-wallet subsidies following the step-by-step process outlined in Vlaio’s detailed guide. In summary, the process involves six steps:

Enrol in a training program or sign an consultancy agreement.
Submit your subsidy application via Vlaio’s website.
Deposit your own contribution into the SME e-wallet account with Vlaio’s financial partner, Sodexo (70% or 80%, depending on the 30% or 20% subsidy).
Vlaio transfers the subsidy to the same account.
You or your employee participate in the training or receive the consultancy.
You receive the invoice and pay online via the SME e-wallet.
